Now that you've constrained some marker bones to the Line of Body spline, you can constrain your real bones to those marker bones.

Select the DojoBot model again.  Click on the Pelvis. A channel will appear.  Right-click on this and create a new Translate To constraint.  In the property Dialog, click the Object drop-list and select 'Line of Body'.  Click in the Bone drop-list and select 'Bone 1'.

You may not see much change, but the Pelvis is now fixed so that it will move as the bottom of the spline moves.

Right-click on the Pelvis again.  Create a new Aim-At constraint, and attach it to 'Line of Body', 'Bone 2'.

Click on the Torso to create a channel.  Right-click on the channel to create a new Aim-At constraint, and attach it to 'Line of Body', 'Bone 3'.

Click on the Neck to create a channel.  Right-click on the channel to create a new Aim-At constraint, and attach it to 'Line of Body', 'Bone 4'.

Click on the Head (almost done!) to create a channel.  Right-click on the channel to create a new Aim-At constraint, and attach it to 'Line of Body', 'Bone 5'.

OK, we're now ready to breathe... heck, you might want to take a few deep breaths yourself after all of that constraining.
